Stewardship consists of monitoring properties on an annual basis, trail or boardwalk development for visitors, marking boundaries, recording data, and the development of a management plan for preserves.

Continuous monitoring and maintenance of the preserve or conservation easement is necessary for the protection of the land in which the landowners entrusted to us and to provide an enjoyable experience for people visiting the properties.

Conservation easement stewardship is essential for land protection and is achieved through sound planning, consistent documentation, annual monitoring of the properties, and maintaining communication with landowners.
