Online Complaints; a case study and review of Construction Pipeline

There are many type of complaints that businesses receive, especially when a company has been around for more than twenty years. Some of the complaints are valid, but after a closer review of these complaints one will find that many are not substantiated at all. One case study is the review of Construction Pipeline complaints. There is a wide variety of information that can be found online concerning this company. Some of the information is very positive, and some of it very negative. With so much information how is one to know what type of complaints are valid and which complaints are not?

A good measure to see if a business is really on the up and up is the length that the company has been around. Usually, a company that provides a good product or service has sticking power. Most companies that are just scams or have issues with good old fashioned straight laced business, don’t have the sticking power that keeps them afloat. Consumers understand what good business is, and if they like something they keep using it. If a company provides a bad service they are quickly recognized and most often fail withing their first year.

Looking at a company like Construction Pipeline is perfect, because online reviews are very mixed and powerful. Google has transfered the way that people and companies do business, both for the positive and the negative. In the instance of Construction Pipeline with online reviews and complaints it would be easy for one to make an assumption that this company may or may not be shady company to deal with. However, the power of search engines often give credence to bogus claims. Just a couple of powerful online sites that have high google placement rankings offer lone wolves in the desert to have powerful voices that can often have negative effects with very little validation.

Most of these “Consumer Sites” do not give ample opportunity for the company to respond or reply to any of these unvalidated complaints. So to use what tools that are out there in the big wide world of the internet the first task is to find at least one credible site to make a good decision. The better business bureau, although not the best, does at least provide some sort of mutual party resolution service. So, looking at the Construction Pipeline Complaints on their site actuall tells an interesting story that is worth mentioning.

Construction Pipeline does business with well over 2,000 companies every month across the country. The BBB only reports 29 complaints in the past 36 months. Taking this record in whole, this is actually a very good percentage for Construction Pipeline.; especially if one were to even look at a company like Walmart, which has hundreds of BBB Complaints.

After looking at these reports, which were really minimal in the first place, and considering that Construction Pipeline has been in business for twenty years and has a very good history with Dunn and Bradstreet, this compay has certainly proven that it is a business that has real sticking power. It is obviously producing a great service that consumers like and appreciate. So, if you have any business that you want to look at, consider two thing: a credible reporting agency, and the actuall business life and credit.
